**_Adele Carr Financial Recruitment_** are currently working with a North Liverpool, manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a strong, experienced and senior Purchase Ledger Clerk
This is permanent and full time role and is 40 hours a week in an office based environment, There is not the option for hybrid working within this Purchase Ledger role. The client is looking for a driven and committed individual who would hit the ground runningand be able to fit in with the rest of the team in a seamless manner.
The client has provided me with some key criteria to be considered for this role;
- Must have proven experience working as a purchase ledger or accounts payable clerk
- Must have good experience working on Sage
- It would be an advantage to have some management experience
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the role

**Tasks and responsibilities;**
- Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process business expense returns
- Check and code invoices
- Resolve any purchase enquiries or disputes
