_**Adele Carr Financial Recruitment**_ are currently working with a North Liverpool business to support them in finding a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable to start work as soon as possible.

This is a permanent role and the client is looking for a driven and committed Purchase Ledger Clerk who would hit the ground running and be able to fit in with the rest of the team in a seamless manner.

The client has provided me with some key criteria to be considered for this role;
- Must have proven experience working as a purchase ledger or accounts payable clerk
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the role

**Tasks and responsibilities;**
- Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process business expense returns
- Check and code invoices
- Resolve any purchase enquiries or disputes
