Tradelink Direct is one of the UK’s largest fabricators of PVC-U and aluminium Windows, Doors and Conservatories, based in March, Cambridgeshire.

**Purpose of the Job**:

- To provide customer care support within the Quality function ensuring all issues are reported and recorded in a timely and efficient manner.

**Basic Competencies Needed for the Job**:

- Computer literate with working knowledge of word/excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Be educated to GSCE Level as a minimum

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Logging of Customer Complaints
- Reporting complaints to relevant departments based on knowledge and information provided
- Initial point of contact for customers with any issues
- Providing regular feedback to customers when required
- Accident notifications
- Deal with credit requests
- Assist with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist the QHS Manager with other tasks deemed relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive and friendly manner.
- Knowledge of Window Designer is desirable but not essential.
- Strong work and team ethic.
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

**Work Hours**

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch

**Benefits**:

- No weekends
