**Position Permanent: Monday-Friday**

Fact Community Transport have a position for a Service Co-Ordinator. Working within a busy Community Transport Department the position will involve a variety of administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the day-to-day operations, including weekly job sheets for drivers
- Ensure transport bookings are accurately recorded.
- Planning & routing daily journeys.
- Raising of invoices.

**Person Specification**
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Approachable
- Flexible
- Excellent written skills
- Organised
- Computer Literate
- Excellent customer service skills

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (Essential)
- Customer Service experience: 1 year (Essential)

**Working Hours**:

- Monday-Friday 08:00 - 16:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- March: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
