SUPPORT WORKERS - LIFEWAYS GROUP
FULL TIME/PART TIME POSITIONS
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING IS GIVEN
The Lifeways Group has opportunities in the Cleethorpes area for self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals. This role will be to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, sensory dysfunction disorder and communication and behavioural difficulties.

The role will require daytime, evening, nights, Bank holidays & weekend workers. Who are mature, active and enjoy being outdoors and who can work independently to motivate and role model the people we support.
You will work in a quality environment and be part of a committed and friendly staff team, receiving regular supervision, training and support
As the individual/people you support develop their skills, interests, and community connections, you will be able to feel a sense of achievement carrying out this worthwhile and fulfilling role.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Support workers are responsible for ensuring that people receive the very best standards of care. Some of your key responsibilities may include
*Assisting/supporting with personal/practical care tasks according to individual needs, which may include
*Assisting with personal care
*Nutrition
*Developing independent living skills
*Managing and budgeting finances
*Safe handling and administering of medication
You will be required to support with meeting the individual’s social and emotional needs, using person-centered planning approaches to enable each person to enjoy a quality of life developing skills and ensure they have positive outcomes.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
Experience within a supported living or social care sector desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
