**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of Care Workers
- Support and guide Care Professionals in building relationships with clients
- Oversee client care and ensure it meets company standards and regulations
- Conduct supervision sessions with Care Professionals
- Act as liaison between office team and Care Professionals
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new Care Professionals
- Building strong and meaningful relationships with clients, providing emotional support and companionship
- Assessing clients' dietary needs and preferences and providing meals that meet their nutritional requirements
- Educating clients about their medications and their proper use
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
