Your Duties will include:

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our products or services
- Use sales techniques to persuade customers to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM Software
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have

Skills You'll Need
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence others
- Basic Geographical Knowledge of Manchester & Birmingham to manage and book Appointments for our Sales staff with a view to minimise excessive travel time between appointments
- Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is preferred

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

You'll receive warm leads/enquiries generated from our advertising campaigns.

Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will help us connect with potential customers and schedule appointments for them.

Please note that this is a remote position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
