Our client in the Hungerford countryside, are looking for an experienced Room Leader for their lovely setting, offering a fantastic salary c£25k plus, plus bonuses and loads of other benefits, including onsite parking.

Ideally you will have
- Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
- Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
- Can inspire, energise and support others
- Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
- A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
