Nursery Room Leader

Nursery Room Leader required for our toddler room with future opportunities to progress into Deputy Nursery Manager/Third in Charge.

**Duties -**
- Room Leader for toddler room
- Lead and supervise staff in room
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other nursery staff and Nursery Manager, covering for the manager when she is away.

**Requirements -**
- Level 3 or above in Childcare
- Recent experience working in a nursery as a Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader
- Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
- Can get to Hungerford easily and can work full-time, 40 hours a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
