We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a leading fitout and refurbishment company specialising in education and workspaces serving London and the surrounding areas from a head office in Colchester.
Offering an attractive salary of £21,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience, this is a fantastic chance to join a business that has enjoyed double digit growth continually from 2016. **The Role**
The role will also carry an Admin element which will include processing supplier and sub-contractor invoices and assisting with project support if and when required.
Training will be provided from day one to ensure your success in the role, with Team Leader progression opportunities available as the company continues to grow and expand.
- IT competent with experience in ERP and CRM systems
- Good typing skills will be required for quick processing of orders
- Accurate processing of data with attention to detail
- Confident on the phone, strong customer query management skills
- Organised and able to prioritise activities and multi-task
- A high level of attention to detail
