We are excited to be recruiting a Revenue Enablement Curriculum Manager, Global. This role is critical to support ing the development of our sales people managers at every level across the organization globally. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to ensure that we create scalable and repeatable enablement programs to empower our managers to maximize the effectiveness of our sales teams.

**The Role**
- Work as a business partner with People Development, Marketing, Operations, SE/Sales, Channel and Customer Success leadership to ensure people managers are st rategic evang elists.
- Work with stakeholders to understand areas of improvement and build enablement programs and curriculum to address these areas.
- Identify, track, and deliver on key metrics of success.
- Provide tools for managers to leverage to make their job more effective.
- Coordinate and deliver live manager meetings across multiple events including Global Tech Summit, Sales Kick Off, and Annual Manager offsite.
- Partner with Senior Sales Leadership to deliver quarterly manager meeting webina r.
- Liaising with the wider team to deliver sales skills enablement.
- Ensure that managers understand their role during product updates and launches.
- Build full curriculum for Manager onboarding and partner with People Development to ensure a seamless experience.

**What you will bring**

A self-starter attitude with an ability to collaborate when needed is key. The top things you need to be great at are
- **Deep understanding of what makes sales teams successful**:Experience managing successful sales teams or building strateg ic programs that drive success in the sales organization. Understanding sales process and the metrics of success for subscription companies is a must.
- **Building relationships. **For example - with stakeholders including the C hief Revenue Officer and Sr. Leaders across our operations, Channel, Customer Success and SE Leadership. You will also have to build a rapport with your customers that includes any people manager across the entire Revenue/Sales organization.
- **Driving a program. **Strong program management experience building scalable programs including workshops, content creation, Learning Management Systems, and curriculum. Understand goals and objectives first then drive programs that effectively deliver on these objectives.
- **A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed. **An engaging attitude and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

**Meet the hiring manager**:

- I joined Nutanix in August 2012 when Nutanix was just under 100 employees to run our Product Marketing and Product Management efforts. As part of this role, I was fortunate to own the content and agenda for our first 4.NEXT user conferences. In 2016, I was privileged to have the opportunity to join the Enablement team to address a huge opportunity to lead our onboarding efforts as our Sales leadership w as hiring nearly 80 sales reps and SEs per month. I moved into a leadership role in 2019 and never looked back. Since then we have built an incredibly strong team and culture that is nearly 10x the size it was in 2016.
- Prior to joining Nutanix I had had nearly a decade of enterprise experience supporting post sales solutions for a semiconductor company in the storage space and was selected to participate in a stealth program pre-sales delivering a new HW controller to all the Tier 1 OEMs in the storage sector.
- I come from a family of educators and nothing brings me greater joy than to see someone learn something new or accomplish something they never realized they were capable of. Being a part of the Enablement team as well as holding a leadership position makes me feel like I have truly found my sweet spot at Nutanix.
