**Responsibilities**:
**Working as part of an accounts team**

Purchase Ledger
- maintaining supplies accounts, processing supplier invoices.

Sales
- recording tills receipts

Reconciling company credit card statements

Petty Cash
- maintaining petty cash accounts

Reconciliation of various control accounts

Filing and archiving

VAT Returns

Payroll

**Reception Role**

Answering the phone directing calls to the right department

Dealing with enquiries

Taking bookings for group visits

**Admin Role**

Compiling letters, spreadsheet and databases as required

Maintaining accurate records for training schedules

Ad hoc duties for Directors and other departments as and when required.

Admin support to directors

General office admin duties

Any other duties required to meet the business needs

**Required**:
Required Experience in Sage Line 50 and Payroll

Communication skills

Good standard of education (5 GCSEs Grade A-C inc. Maths and English

Experience with Microsoft Office

Ability to plan and prioritise work effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time,Fixed Term Contract
