**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
**Contract**: Permanent
**Location**: Sheffield, S11 | On site parking
**Salary**: £20,000pa - £23,000pa dependant on experience + 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), progression opportunities & free parking
**In this role you will closely support the Head of Admin and Finance with the following tasks**:
- Answering calls & taking messages accurately
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Typing correspondence with high levels of accuracy
- Organise appointment, book meeting rooms and organise refreshments
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with accounts including invoicing, payroll and expenses
**Experience**:
- Previous Administration experience is required
- Experience using Xero would be a distinct advantage
- A strong communicator who is able to communicate effectively and professionally
