In addition to the brief list above you must familiarise yourself with the full job description and person specification attached to this advert prior to applying. Managing waiting lists as allocated in line with the Trust Waiting List Management Policy and the Patient Access Policy. Updating the waiting list information at all contact points to allow correct allocation to a surgical list in a timely manner. Booking surgery dates with patients via telephone and letter.

Providing feedback on patients to the Management team including information on the current status, delays and actions required. Attending theatre scheduling and patient tracking meeting. Work with the Service Manager and Deputy Service Manager to maximise theatre utilisation. Escalate problems which might result in significant delays and breaching the 18 Week RTT target.

Working in a busy office the post holder will be required to work to tight deadlines under mínimal supervision.
