**THE POSITION**:
EOS is looking for a project coordinator to assist with the operational delivery of the on-going e-waste services they offer to their many customers globally. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and have impact on delivering great services. The role will be based in their new offices located in Banbridge.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Coordinate and track on-going requests to ensure SLA's are met.
- Support process development and improvements
- Verify quotes against agreed rate cards to ensure accuracy
- Support new user training when required
- Provide team administrative support and handle administrative issue resolution.
- Provide organizational support in terms of record accuracy and record keeping.
- Manage data tracking and record retention practices in relation to standard operating procedures.
- Lead, coordinate and manage report content requirements, schedules and deadlines.
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Responsibly manage confidential and time sensitive material.
- Complete all administrative duties accurately, with a high level of quality and in a timely manner.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Experience of project planning and on time delivery
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study preferred.
