What is the job description?

The Senior CDS Consultant in the EU CDS Solutions Team will mainly deliver basic and enhanced CDS Consultancy Services to our Customers. Project Management tasks and drive GxP/Compliance processes and workflows for CDS related projects are a key factor as well as collaboration with all involved stakeholders within the Zifo organization. The Senior CDS Consultant will report to the Head of CDS Solutions and proactively assist in planning and delivering Professional Services as well as following the Zifo processes and guidelines.

What are the job responsibilities?

Manage and deliver CDS Consultancy Services in assigned projects.

Project Management activities in assigned projects where required.

Creation of Project Plans and align with all involved stakeholders.

Documentation in relation to GxP / Compliance related tasks and deliveries.

Identify new opportunities and personally engage with existing customers and prospects to generate new business.

Contribute to Zifo’s strategy and fiscal planning across the territory.

Cooperation and communication with other Teams in the organisation. Contribute to the Zifo culture and objectives.

Bring innovation to our business. Identify ways we can improve and grow.

What are the desired competencies?

Enhanced experience working in GxP Analytical Laboratories.

Be an Expert in running a Chromatographic Data System (CDS) in GxP environment.

What is the required education/work experience?

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in science, preferably in life sciences or chemistry

10+ years of experience in Analytical Laboratories, preferably in science-based industry (Pharma and Biotech, Chemicals, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Crop science, etc )

Strong experience in CDS Informatics systems. The industry need is to understand “data management”, “operational efficiency” and “workflow”.

Strong experience and focus on customers needs driven development of solutions and new, optimized workflows.

To have worked through diverse scenarios like Lab-Informatics Solutions implementations
- and upgrade-processes under GxP regulations.

To have worked in a services environment. To understand how the services business operates and scales. You need to know what it’s like to be a Consultant.
