**Main purpose and scope of the job**
- You will have responsibility for activities once a product is handed over from the Clade manufacturing department and support the warranty requirements and customer agreed aftercare contracts. The role needs to be approached in a positive and proactive manner.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Communicate and liaise with the Clade Manufacturing Office Manager ensuring products are formally handed over.
- Communicate and liaise with the Manufacturing Director for Plant on technical matters and pricing.
- Communicate learnings and suggestions raised by Aftercare Engineers back to relevant department to prevent future issues.
- Communicate and liaise with the Refrigeration Installation Manager (and their team) for Projects ensuring they have full information and visibility on the task in hand.
- Communicate and liaise with the Clade Sales team and Account Managers to learn of upcoming aftercare sales opportunities for Aftercare contracts.
- Communicate with customers to agree Aftercare contracts, contract extensions and updates on reactive issues.
- Responsibility for planning and being the point of contact when a product is completed in the factory and handed over.
- Responsibility for allocating Aftercare Engineers to sites in priority order, colleagues are available if you need support in prioritising sites/customers. Your line manager, the manufacturing team and the engineering team will be available to support you with any technical queries.
- Manage a weekend on call rota (aiming for 1 in 6-8). Arrange Christmas and bank holiday cover.
- Review aftercare contract pricing for sales team & support the accounts department with any aged debtor chasing.
- Liaise with the Accounts department regarding the financial operation of Aftercare and use for support/advice when required.
- Manage and maintain the contracted plant maintenance schedules for customers and ensure all maintenances are being carried out promptly and communicated to customers throughout.
- Ensure all requirements relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality are being fully implemented and adhered to. This may include supporting the Aftercare Engineers with RAMS and H&S training requirements.
- Provide monthly update reports and additional management information as requested.

**Skills and experience**:

- A strong and proven Administration background.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards.
- Strong leadership ability, positivity and team spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant software packages.
- Full driving licence.
