**Description**: Customer Care Co-Ordinator

**Start Date**: Immediately**

**Location**: Leeds

Monday - Friday, Office based. 9am - 5pm

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To provide pro-active customer service over the phone and administration support for the team
- Answering calls and dealing with customer queries

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a construction environment
- Able to provide good customer service
- Maintain a polite, diligent, positive and professional attitude at all times
- Knowledge of the construction industry (desirable)
- Able to provide 2 references
