SF Recruitment are looking for a HR Admin/Assistant/Coordinator/Associate to join our client small HR team, supporting across the whole employee life cycle. This role is responsible for managing all HR data and data systems to ensure data is up to date and filed appropriately, as well providing the overall business with HR data and insights to support with improvement of HR processes and key performances indicator results. You will support and advise managers on all HR related tasks.

This role is working on a site with around 150 employees, it is a busy and super fast paced environment, you will be keen to build relationships across the site from day 1 as well as be passionate about HR. You will join a small and successful HR team where you will be able to grow your HR career.

Duties within the role:

- Delivery of HR processes
- Generate reports of HR content
- Administration and maintenance of all ER documentation (contracts, letter templates etc)
- Handle all employee and manager HR enquiries and support managers with effective case management whilst ensuring policies and procedures are applied
- Support on the resolution of ER matters
- Work with employee engagement metrics and action
- Support the development and delivery of employee engagement plans and initiatives
- Ensure all employee benefits are up to date
- Provide insight from data to support plans and strategy around performance and reward
- End to end recruitment
- Onboarding support
- Support on HR projects
