**Job description**:
We are looking for a fixed term Venue Operations Coordinator to support planning across our venues that contribute to the staging of The Championships.

**What you will be doing**:
The role will involve:

- Supporting the Venue Operations Manager with the creation and updating of Operational Documentation for The Queue Wimbledon Park and The Championships
- Liaising with the departments involved with operational planning to ascertain key dates and ensure they are captured within AELTC's planning programmes and systems, as we transition in to and out of the championships.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders aspiring at all times to work in a collaborative manner.
- Working closely with the Venue Operations Manager on the coordination of schedules,
- Provide administrative support where required by, taking minutes, managing actions from project plans, raising purchase orders and other ad hoc tasks.
- Supporting the Venue Operations Management team with developments across CAD planning and design Supporting the Venue Operations Manager and Site Manager across the delivery of infrastructure at a required venue.
- Supporting the Venue Operations Manager to ensure all functional area plans are coordinated across the infrastructure programme, including internal fit out.
- When required, coordinating with internal departments and external clients for the delivery of ancillary events at any of the AELTC venues.

**About You**:

- We are looking for an aspiring event professional with a passion for live sporting events
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload at busy times
- Computer literate and a good level of experience of Microsoft Office
- Able to carry out tasks without supervision but an enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with AELTC staff, contactors, operational groups, and suppliers.
- Smart and presentable while representing the AELTC.
- Previous experience within an event environment is desirable
