**Hire and Project Assistant**

Our clients are high profile film studios and film production companies.
We have a vacancy to join our Projects team as Hire & Project Assistant.
This is a key supporting role to assist between creative vision and operational execution of our projects. Your role will encompass overseeing equipment rentals, managing project logistics, and facilitating seamless collaboration among teams.
Day to Day
- Assist with pre-production elements of company projects.
- Keep the company rental management software up to date with all project and clients’ details.
- Negotiate and secure orders and returns.
- Assist with administration of all paperwork and project files.
- Monitor project progress.
Other duties may include
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies.
- Provide support to other teams within the company.
- Manage visitors to company premise.
- Provide feedback to line manager of areas of improvement, development and/or growth.
You will have:
- Good communications / interpersonal skills. Fluent speaker of English language.
- A cheerful demeanour, engaging personality and sense of humour.
- Flexible and adaptable. Able to respond to short notice changes in working hours and schedules.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working on their own initiative.
- The ability to manage a situation and effectively deal with the outcome.
- IT knowledge with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Outlook and preferably rental software experience.
- Numerate. Maths skills and arithmetic required.
Shift pattern:
- 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
- 30 minute lunch break.
Closing Date: 3rd September
Interview date: 11th September
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
