**Estimator - Flood Protection**

Hampton Lovett, Worcestershire

£30,000 - £35,000

8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri

**Information on the role**
- Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
- Compile tender comparisons and consideration
- Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
- Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
- Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
- Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
- Develop relationships with consultants and clients
- Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven Estimating experience in the Flood Protection sector desirable**:

- Estimating experience in Construction Projects; Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial etc.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
