The opportunity

Working within the People and Organisational Development Directorate (P&OD) and reporting to a Reward & Pensions Advisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of a number projects and programmes of work.

Working closely with our friendly team you will:

- Provide admin support for the annual pay and performance related schemes
- Support communication of reward, benefits and pension events & activities
- Contribute to the delivery of a professional, customer-focused service by acting as a first point of contact for pension scheme administrators and staff, with a focus on providing high quality, timely and accurate information.

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Highly engaging and have a compelling communications style
- Extremely organised with the ability to balance competing demands
