**Job title**:Employee Relations Partner - Workforce Change & Restructuring

**Location**:UK wide - with travel as and when required to our UK locations and possibly international travel. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**: Circa £80,000 depending on experience plus executive benefits

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Helping mature an exciting new service delivery area within Employee Relations
- Leading the ER aspects on various projects across our different business areas - employee transfers (eg TUPE), restructuring and redundancies, joint ventures acquisitions mergers and divestments
- Support the establishment of our current deliverables on an international basis
- Working closely with our colleagues in the wider ER, HR and Labour Law teams and our business leaders
- Supporting the development of best practice approaches and ways of working including process, delivery and governance
- Utilising your specialist knowledge to deliver tangible business results and ensuring employee experience is at the centre of our operations
- Influencing, coaching and improving the knowledge levels across the HR and business teams

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Strong Employee Relations background with prior experience of at least two of our areas of specialisms - Redundancy, TUPE, Joint Ventures, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments
- Strong stakeholder management experience coupled with influencing skills
- Experience of operating in a unionised, project-based organisation to achieve results
- Knowledgeable in UK employment legislation
- Experience of operating in an international organisation
- Exposure to joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions & divestments
- Experience of project management and data & analytics

**The Employee Relations Team**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established team within Employee Relations in Head Office. As a small dedicated team we are responsible for providing specialist advice and supporting the delivery of a range of workforce change activities including: joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestments, employee transfers (eg TUPE), restructuring and redundancy programmes.

There is an increased requirement to support opportunities around joint ventures and acquisition projects, as well as focussing our services into our International regions.
