The primary focus of the role is to support the implementation of the College Wellbeing, Inclusion Safeguarding and Prevent agenda.

This role will contribute to the success of individual learners and groups by facilitating the delivery of the Personal Development curriculum, alongside planning and contributing to the creation of content for group tutorial sessions.

The successful applicant will have experience and skills of working with learners in either a teaching, tutoring, mentoring or coaching role and have an understanding of teaching and learning in the context of group tutorials.

Good communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. We're looking for applicants who are fully committed to working with a diverse range of people across the College.

**Closing date - 6th March.** _Please note - interviews are expected to take place on 14th March_
