**Be Well Children and Young People Mental Wellbeing Coach, Manchester**

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Coach within the young person pathway in the Be Well service, you will work with young people aged 13-25 in Manchester who have multiple lifestyle issues that they wish to change. You will provide practical support to achieve their health and wellbeing goals, with a specific focus on mental wellbeing.

**What we need from you**
- You are committed to helping young people make changes to improve their health and wellbeing.
- You see the best in others, are inspirational and a good listener.
- You are passionate about the Manchester community and can work with young people who face a range of barriers and social issues, including those linked to mental health.
- You can coach young people (one-to-one and in groups) to help them achieve their goals.
- You thrive on building effective working relationships with partners and colleagues.
- You can manage a caseload of clients and keep our database records up to date.
- You will need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

**What we will offer you in return**
- An annual salary of £26,845 NJC point 17
- Twelve months fixed term, full-time contract
- 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years
