**Vehicle Sales Administrator**

We are recruiting for a Vehicle Sales Administrator in the Solihull area on a permanent basis. You will be assisting with fleet & dealer orders for vehicles. You will assist and support with all administrative functions as required within the Vehicle Sales Department, using the company’s internal stock and reporting systems in addition to external vehicle procurement systems (LeaseLink, SupplyTrak) and Microsoft Office 365.

Your commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, for both Dealers and Fleet customers is a critical factor for the success of the department.

**As a Vehicle Sales Administrator you will need to have/be**:

- Previous At least 2 years working experience, in a sales or customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Teams)
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, confident, and positive approach.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal as you’ll be liaising with many stakeholders.
- The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work across teams and liaise with different businesses.

**Details**:

- Salary: £22, 000 - £25, 000
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Solihull
- Duration: Permanent

**Role of a Vehicle Sales Administrator**:

- Process vehicle orders
- Place vehicles on reserve
- Order accessories as required
- Maintain shared files containing large amounts of vehicle information
- Arrange delivery logistics
- Arrange vehicle taxation
- Liaising with Fleet Customers, 3rdParty Convertors and Dealers
- Distribute invoices & ancillary paperwork
- Arrange demo bookings
- Preparing Vehicle Loan agreements
- Dealing with queries in relation to all aspect of new vehicle supply
