At our site in **Harrogate, North Yorkshire** we are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join our expanding Genetic Toxicology team.

As a Supervisor at Labcorp you will be responsible for a team of technicians undertaking specific tasks in support of Genetic Toxicology studies along with carrying out technician duties.

**Duties include**:

- Providing supervisory and operational support necessary for the preparation, conduct or reporting of studies carried out within Genetic Toxicology
- Accountability for overall accuracy, soundness, quality, timeliness and completeness of all work performed in the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for scheduling; allocating resources within the operational/support group/section; overall responsibility for training and supervision of all operational/scientific/support staff
- Responsibility for study data, raw data and/or reporting quality, to include equipment metrology and functionality (where applicable)
- Direct responsibility for all staff working in the operational/support group/section assigned to

**Education**:

- Minimum A-levels or equivalent. Degree in a relevant scientific field preferred. Experience may be substituted for education

**Experience**:

- Supervisory experience within a laboratory, preferably working to regulatory standards such as GLP
- Previous experience of staff management including development and training
- Genetic Toxicology knowledge and/or experience is advantageous
- ** Aseptic techniques desirable with in vitro mammalian cell assay, Ames or genetic in vivo experience advantageous along with dispensary experience**
- Excellent organisational and time management skills paired with attention to detail
