**Responsibilities**
- Providing support to the project and management teams
- Document control duties including the management of both electronic and hard copies
- HR duties including completing paperwork for new starters/leavers, sickness and holiday management
- Creating and updating spreadsheets for reports
- Preparing folders for directors’ meetings - printing necessary documents/drawings
- Coordinating the review of company policies and issue updates to the relevant staff, clients, and supply chain
- Office supply management and negotiating with suppliers
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and following up on action points
**Required Skills / Competencies**:
- Previous experience within an Office Management role desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
