One of our Clients (a travel agent and print services provider) requires a Shop Supervisor to work at their office store located in Normanton Road, Derby, UK.

**Job Description**:

- Overseeing store activities
- Receiving, checking, pricing and storing stock
- Increase retail sales through a proactive customer service and by understanding client needs.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service
- Decide on stock visual and layout
- Opening and closing store
- Up-skilling team members, giving regular feedback to drive performance
- Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Process refunds and exchanges
- Liaising and following instructions by management
- To set work schedule and staff rota
- Meet sales and productivity targets
- Resolve operational problems
- Process payments
- Deal with any refunds and customer complaints

Atleast 1-2 year of retail customer service will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
