**Summary of role**

Warcradle Studios is looking to expand its Studio team with a focused Studio coordinator who is ready for the challenge of bringing top-quality games to life.

As a Studio coordinator, you will work closely with the key members of our creative leadership team and be responsible for shepherding our products through the full product life cycle from concept to finished products. You will ideally have experience of working in a creative environment where you will use your strong organisation and scheduling skills to work productively with internal teams and external suppliers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To support the coordination and management of projects from initial stages to final delivery.
- To contribute to the creation of scope of works and project documentation for a variety of projects.
- Follow up on task deadlines to relevant resources, departments and stakeholders involved
- Keep in regular contact with project managers, finding and tracking information as requested
- Monitor project risks and issues and highlight possible solutions for the Project Manager to consider.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for any regular meetings, such as taking & compiling minutes, scheduling meetings and issuing meeting notes.
- Research and assist in implementing and procuring any requested new supplies, services and business processes.
- To coordinate the Warhost Programme and any playtesting teams
- Lead on small projects delegated by the Studio Manager.
- To carry out other reasonable tasks that your line manager and Senior Management may ask.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in people coordination or a similar role, ideally within an organisation with a defined project management function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (preferably MS Projects).
- Highly organised and able to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Used to working under pressure and to multiple deadlines in a busy environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
