**About SHIFT**:We are the UK's leading Amazon agency, helping cutting edge brands grow on the platform. Founded 5 years ago we are 30 people and 45 brands including WILD, SNEAK, Rheal Superfoods, W7 Cosmetics, AVON, Denby & SilverCross.
As a key member of the creative team, reporting into the Creative Director you will be working closely with our Amazon strategists producing assets to launch and support well known brands and exciting new startups.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create compelling graphic content for leading brands on Amazon, including product images, infographics, lifestyle photos, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
- Collaborate with Amazon Brand Specialists and clients to understand brand guidelines, product features, and target audience, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to design and optimise visual assets for Amazon listings, adhering to Amazon's image and content guidelines.
- Stay updated on Amazon's best practices, policies, and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maximise visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for optimisation, providing recommendations for improving graphic content performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Copywriters, Marketing Specialists, and Strategy Partners, to deliver integrated and impactful design solutions for clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team, with a focus on producing graphic content for e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of what type of design and content works in a conversion focused brief.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering visually appealing and conversion-driven designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues to achieve project objectives.
- Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field is preferred.
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
