Harvest Green Developments are looking for a solar Designer to join our growing team. Established in 2018 our business has grown into a well-known name in the commercial solar space. Our shareholders have over 20 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry, successfully constructing, operating, and owning megawatts of solar PV installations throughout the UK.

**Reporting to: Operations Director**

**Responsibilities**
- Designing renewable energy solutions, particularly Solar PV and Battery Storage.
- Preparing drawings and design documents for the Sales and Delivery Teams.
- Providing design support to other team members.
- Liaising with external partners to organise design related surveys, such as Structural Assessments.
- Working and liaising closely with the Sales and Delivery Teams, as well as external client and suppliers to ensure designs are completed and communicated in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate proven knowledge and experience of using AutoCAD to produce drawings;
- Not necessarily have previous knowledge or experience of the Renewable Energy Industry, as solar specific training will be provided;
- Be passionate about wanting to embark on a career in the Renewable Energy Industry;
- Be willing to learn new software and processes;
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines;
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment;
- Be eager to improve knowledge and skills and to keep up to date with latest technologies;
- Willing to contribute to the success of the company;
- Hold a UK Full driving licence;
