**Finance Administrator - Coleraine - Full Time**

**You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct (and accurate) data is being entered onto the company ERP system. Duties will include**:

- Ensuring that purchase orders, goods received and all necessary activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner within the ERP system to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Provide daily support to the Inventory Controller
- Verification of all product deliveries
- Process all haulage invoices
- Raise POs for all NI vehicle repairs
- Ensure regular communication with Finance regarding accruals
- Raise and receipt of POs
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Provide relevant internal reports (including ad hoc reports)

**Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role ie finance / accounts administration
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
