About the job - CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator
We're looking to take on a CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator to take up an important role in our small day shift team where just a small group of engineers carry out very important machining projects, for very high profile customers in high tech industries. We work a flexi-time pattern, covering our 39 hours across Monday to Thursday but we can be flexible about start and finish times during thsee working days.

Working on the premises of our well-established precision engineering business, your skills and experience as a CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator will be just what we’re looking for to fulfil an important role in the manufacturing of high quality, premium precision engineered components which are supplied to important customers across the globe.

Your duties will include amongst other things

Programming, setting up and operating CNC lathe with mill/turn capabilities
Prove out programs and fault find when needed
Checking the accuracy of your work against engineering drawings
Keeping your area clean and tidy
Plus any associated duties as required. Your job will see you producing precision engineered component parts made from premium materials. You’ll join a small yet already well established and supportive team where you’ll be welcomed and given all the support you need to settle in and to get up to speed in your new job. This is a busy role which will suit you if you take a pride in your work and you like to produce high quality products that you know will be put to good use.

**Essential requirement for this job**: CNC Turning or mill/turn programming, setting and operating experience

**Working hours**: 39 hour working week, across four day shifts Monday to Thursday only. No Friday working unless for overtime.

**Pay rate**: We're looking to offer a very good salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 but please do get in touch to let us know your salary requirements.
