**Assessment Day will take place week commencing 3rd June 2024 at the Hartlepool Site**

Our manufacturing function plays a vital role in our business. Working closely with colleagues in and beyond manufacturing to ensure that plant performance is optimised and that production targets are achieved. This involves operating at pace, with precision and to accurate technical guidelines.

The roles are varied - you will be involved with all elements associated with manufacturing including; health & safety, quality, customer focus, production efficiency, planning and technical areas.

**The Apprenticeship**

The apprenticeship will be a 3 year programme, where you will study for a Level 3 BTEC in Advanced Manufacturing.

Year 1 will be full time at college. Year 2 will be a mix of day release at college (depending on qualifications) and shift work on site at Tata in Hartlepool. Year 3 will be full time on site at Tata in Hartlepool.

- Applicants should preferably have knowledge of the products we produce.

To be considered for our Manufacturing Apprenticeship Programme you will need to have 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including English Language, Maths & Science) at C/4 Grade or above.
