Poling Supervisor/ Surveyor

**Job Role Overview**:
Reporting to and directed by the Operations Manager you will support our poling and overhead field delivery teams to ensure all safety, compliance and quality standards are met through a defined audit and inspection regime set out by the business, liaising with our clients and members of the public on a daily basis.

**Typical Duties**:

- Safety - ensure that safe working practices are adopted at all times, for all activities undertaken and that they are supported by all relevant documentation. Perform regular ‘in progress’ on site checks for full compliance.
- HA Relationships - work with Highways Authorities locally to develop an effective working relationship through ensuring consistent high levels of streetworks compliance and reinstatement quality.
- Deal with members of the public to discuss aspects of our works that may affect them or for any operational queries they may have. Liaise with our Operational Depot and the team based there to ensure that works run smoothly and that we deliver correctly for our clients.
- Quality - drive our teams to adopt a right first-time culture and clear any highway and product defects in line with agreed SLAs and contractual requirements.

**Operational Skills - Qualifications**:

- NRSWA Supervisor Units
- Full Driving licence
- Knowledge of Openreach networks, and particularly a poling and overhead background would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
