The post holder will provide an efficient administration service to support the ENT medical secretary team with an accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS) in order to: Provide a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to families and carers

The post holder will provide an efficient high quality typing and administration service to support the medical secretarial team. Support the team in the management of patient’s medical case notes and effective filing system and supporting the patients along the defined patient pathway.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
