**About the role**:
As a Membership Sales Executive, you will:

- Drive Growth and Support. You'll take the lead in targeted membership acquisition. This involves recruiting new members and upgrading existing ones through outbound tele-sales calls.
- Advocate Indemnity. You'll play a key role in encouraging both new and existing members to embrace our BDA Indemnity Scheme, showcasing its value proposition.
- Revenue Maximisation. You'll work to optimise membership and indemnity revenue. Exceeding sales and upgrade targets will be second nature.

- Strong team player with exceptional flexibility and adaptability.
- Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude with a history of successful sales and customer service experience.
- Proven track record in business acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Confident telephone manner with outstanding persuasion skills.
- Skilled in working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to actively contribute and engage in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent IT skills and hands-on experience with contact/CRM databases.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
