Nightingale are looking for 1 x Full time Care coordinator to join our team. You will work a 5 day week, working together with the other coordinators in the office to do:
- Staff probationary reviews
- Reviews with service users
- Schedule new care packages in
- Attend meetings
- Talk with other professional bodies
- Pick up calls when needed
- Assist with the on-call every 4 weeks
- Maintain computer systems
- Carry out risk assessments and detailed care plans

For this position you must have:

- At least 1 years experience working within the care sector
- Car driver
- Be available every other weekend to pick shifts up if needed
- Have experience working with computers
