We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Global Head of Liabilities, Wealth and Personal Banking

In this role, you will:

- Support and drive execution of our Transactional Banking and Liabilities strategy and roadmap, balance sheet management and liabilities optimisation including Balance Behaviouralisation and Hedging strateges.
- Execution of our Global Debit Card strategy and commercialisation goals for NFI Fee & Service Management Plan execution and Global Stewardship
- Execute Deposit revenue & balance sheet management strategies and engage with Global WPB and Regional Treasury, Finance and Risk partners to optimize hedging and behaviouralisation opportunities.
- Update, govern and execute Global Service Management plans for fee income across the 13 priority markets.
- Review and manage pricing guardrails, Margin management and pricing pass through policies, data led pricing optimization across the range of CASA and Time Deposit products.
- Support the Wealth & Personal Banking to deliver the Transactional Banking (Retail Products i.e. Current, Savings, Time, Debit Cards, Overdrafts & Services) objectives and goals across the Regions and Countries.
- Work closely with the Group Head of Transactional Banking & Payments to provide Strategy & Stewardship for growing profitably, building Global strategic capabilities, and transforming Global Retail Platforms for driving growth across all Regions and Countries and with Product Development team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
- Demonstrable knowledge of Liabilities, Transactional Banking, FX and Payments within Retail or Corporate Product management and SME domain contexts
- expectation of significant experience
- Experience of product management and driving product change/transformation initiatives of new product innovation
- Experience of operating with multi-geography teams in Retail or Corporate Banking
- Experience of leading multi-channel programmes
- Experience of working closely with risk compliance and regulatory functions.

The base location for this role is HK or UK. This role will have hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in a week in the office.
