**Full time Paint Sprayer**

Andover trailers are actively seeking a full time paint sprayer to join our paint shop team at our factories in Andover.

You will be painting our range of truck plant bodies and trailer frames and associated parts. The paint sprayer role would suit a good all round paint sprayer who can work in various positions and to tight deadlines.
- Enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining strict safety standards
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and be a good team player
- Enthusiastic, self motivated and committed to providing an excellent quality product
- A focused and motivated individual
- Extensive knowledge of two pack wet paint spraying
- Experience of repairs (blow ins, filling)
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work to a high standard
- A flexible attitude
- Paint Sprayer to NVQ level 2 (minimum)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and comply with all painting and finishing instructions
- Prepare paint and materials for spraying
- Load and unload paint booth as required
- Maintain spraying equipment and working areas
