Our client, an independent automotive vehicle accident repair centre, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint/Prep Sprayer to join their busy centre in Andover.

**Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to our client and manufacturers' specification.
- Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
- Carry out light cosmetic SMART repairs.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping/health and safety standards and orderly administration of your work.

- Starting salary up to £42,000 per annum pending experience.
- Additional performance related bonuses available based on hours sold offering on target earnings of up to £52-57,000 per annum
- 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

- Working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
