**We have two positions available within our team**:

- **One full-time, permanent contract.**:

- **One full-time, 18 months fixed-term contract.**

**You will be based at our office in Sittingbourne, **with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.**

**What you’ll be doing**

Join our Digital Delivery Team as a Change Implementer and play a pivotal role in transforming our operations. You will work on a variety of changes arising from business transformation workstreams, technology and PMO projects, user feedback, process changes and live issues. You’ll organise and facilitate functional and user acceptance testing and manage the end-to-end testing process, working closely with technology and business stakeholders.

You’ll support the implementation of these changes into the Operational teams, by delivering training, support and effective communication to stakeholders including project board members, managers and colleagues.

- Have experience of delivering a new or updated service or process into an operational business unit.
- Possess knowledge and experience of testing systems, including functional, integration and user acceptance testing, along with knowledge of business processes, systems, and analytical skills.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy project management, testing and implementation tasks.
- Have a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Are a team player who thrives on collaborating with others.
