**What you’ll be doing**

The Change Implementer role within our Digital Delivery Team will work on a variety of changes arising from business transformation workstreams, technology and PMO projects, user feedback, process changes and live issues. You’ll organise and facilitate functional and user acceptance testing and manage the end-to-end testing process, working closely with technology and business stakeholders.

You’ll support the implementation of these changes into the Operational teams, by delivering training, support and providing effective communication to stakeholders including project board members, managers and colleagues.

**What you’ll need**
- You’ll need experience of delivering a new or updated service or process into an operational business unit.
- Knowledge and experience of testing systems, including functional, integration and user acceptance testing, along with knowledge of business processes, systems, and analytical skills.
- You’ll communicate confidently, effectively and concisely, displaying good interpersonal skills at all levels in the organisation.
