**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The In-Room Dining Commis Waiter is responsible for supporting the back of house set up and assisting Waiters at trolley set-up. You will ensure all equipment is polished and cleaned to Corinthia standards. The ultimate goal of all our colleagues is to ensure that our guests enjoy their dining experience in room.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Previous experience as commis waiter/food runner or barback in a restaurant or bar preferably within a 5 star hotel environment
- Basic food and beverage knowledge
- Basic to good level of English, spoken and written
- Good team player and committed to hard work
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
