The Growth Company’s (GC) employment services has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator working on our Progression towards Inclusive Employment (PtIE) programme.
You will deliver effective first-class administrative support, meet, and greet customers and consult with a range of organisations such as Job Centre Plus, contract holders, employers, management, and staff within the team.
We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment.
As a Project Coordinator you will support our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers, who work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, and debt.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Making sure all customers are welcomed/greeted in a polite manner and signed in.
- Ensuring all Visitors/Customers are registered as per the GC’s Data Security Policy.
- Coordinate with colleague's electronic diaries to book future customer appointments in efficiently upon request.
- Work alongside the Service Manager to ensure referrals are contacted within working 2 days and advisor caseloads are managed effectively.
- Ensuring office appearance is kept presentable and professional
- including ordering stationary, opening mail, answering the phone
- and passing all messages correctly.
- To ensure petty cash is kept safe, issued to customers and that weekly/monthly reconciliations are conducted in a timely manner
- Whilst also liaising with the internal finance department.
- Arrange payments to contractors and customers by raising and processing the necessary paperwork, Aswell as creating purchase orders on internal financial systems.

**Requirements**:
- Have great written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to improve and be willing to undertake training as required.
- Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Good knowledge of administrative systems and procedures.
