**Duties for the Payroll Administrator**:

- Checking and recording weekly time sheets for around 80 employees
- Processing the correct overtime is paid monthly
- Checking that all holiday and sickness is recorded correctly
- Recording business mileage and checking its compliant as per HMRC legislation
- Processing weekly/monthly expenses for over 100 employees
- Updating employee bank details when needed
- Issuing new holiday forms
- Preparing payroll information to a monthly deadline
- Processing expense payments to a monthly deadline
- Responsible for issuing out tools and equipment is calibrated

**Experience/Skills for the Payroll Administrator**:

- Good communication skills and confident on the phone
- Accurate administration skills
- Good understanding of expenses so correct VAT is claimed back
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Confident IT skills
