We are looking for Event Specialist for one of the leading companies in the FinTech sector.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities;**
- follow up from design to production
- Archiving and documentation of invoices, contracts and other important documents.
- Research and reporting of all possible/relevant trade fairs.
- Preparation and presentation of trade fair related stands, visual and other Commercial advertising.
- Follow-up of production of promotional items to be used before and during the fair event.
- Management of 2 way logistics of stand and all other consumables to be used in the fair.
- Organization of the travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Preparation of before / after results analysis and presentations.
- Documentation of the work performed and visual materials to be Shared with sales and marketing team afterwards.
- Organization of Schedule of sales and account team during the fair.
- Organization of managements’ meetings in the fair.
- Management of announcements and virals on Social media and in all relevant communication tools regarding involvement in fair.
- Admin duties for Partnerships
- This role will include occasional travel to oversee on-site exhibition area throughout the UK and Europe.

**Knowledge and Skills**

**Essential**
- Previous experience of working in a similar global exhibition operations role
- Excellent organisational skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel globally when required and occasional week or weekend travel
