This is a well-known British-based specialist property company looking to serve its High Net Worth (HNW) clientele and provide a personalise property service to those looking to buy UK property for business, relocation or study reasons. The company pridesitself on fostering excellent relationships with clients that stretch back over years as well as a totally personalised service to create a luxurious and attentive experience. The company is now looking for an outstanding person to join the sales team andreally make a difference to the portfolios and long-term investment strategies of its clients.

You will have the opportunity to make important high level connections that will benefit both your clients', and your own, long-term career objectives.

**The role in summary:_Connecting property buyers & investors with residential properties in the UK_**

- **_Promote the property:_**:

- _Manage a property portfolio including planned new builds and off-plan information_
- _Develop the marketing collateral for your target audience_
- _Attend promotional property events_
- _Upload all property information onto social media, the company website and other relevant sites_
- _Organise and coordinate investment seminars_
- **_Sell the property_**:

- _Research suitable Chinese buyers_
- _Approach Chinese buyers with promotional information and develop a personal network of potential HNW clients looking to invest in the UK_
- _Send out targeted invitations to small promotional investment property events and all follow-up_
- _Help to negotiate on the sale and manager all aspects of the sales process_
- _Explain and also navigate the UK legal requirements surrounding purchasing residential properties_
- _Liaise with lawyers_
- _Organise and attend property viewings with clients_

**Requirements**:

- Previous UK property sales background for at least 1 year
- Fluent Chinese
